Refund Policy

How refunds, cancellations, and billing adjustments work for Sentink Cloud and how custom or procurement-led orders are handled under separate contract terms.

Who this applies to

This policy applies to fees you pay to Sentink for our services. The checkout screen, order summary, or signed agreement (for example an order form or statement of work) may include additional or different refund terms that apply to your purchase.

Self-serve subscriptions

You can change plan or cancel self-serve subscriptions from the in-app billing portal where available. Service generally continues through the end of the billing period you already paid for unless the purchase flow or invoice states otherwise. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, fees are typically non-refundable for partial periods or unused time after a charge has successfully processed.

Trials, credits, and promotions

Trial or promotional access is described where it is offered. Unless we state differently at the time, converting from a trial to a paid plan starts normal billing under the plan you select.

Enterprise, procurement, and custom deals

Invoices, enterprise licenses, private deployments, and other negotiated purchases are governed by the contract you sign with Sentink (including any order form, statement of work, or reseller arrangement). Refunds and credits for those purchases follow that agreement and are handled with your account or procurement contact.

Statutory and mandatory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under consumer protection or other laws that cannot be waived. Where the law gives you a cooling-off period, a right of withdrawal, or a mandatory remedy, we will honor those requirements for eligible purchases.

How to request a billing review

If you believe a charge is incorrect or you qualify for a refund under this policy or applicable law, contact us through the billing details on your invoice or via the contact page. Include your organization name, the approximate charge date, and the last four digits of the card or payment reference if applicable. We will confirm receipt and respond within a reasonable time.

Chargebacks and payment disputes

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can review the charge. Unresolved chargebacks may result in suspension of service until the dispute is cleared.

Changes

We may update this policy to reflect product, pricing, or legal changes. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
