We target high availability for cloud regions you choose at signup. Planned maintenance windows are announced in advance whenever possible.
Incidents and updates
When an incident affects the application or APIs, we post status updates with impact and remediation. Post-incident summaries may follow depending on breadth and contractual obligations.
API and integrations
If you integrate through our REST APIs or webhooks, service availability may differ slightly by surface—we note material API impact in incidents when applicable.
Enterprise and private installs
Customer-controlled environments have their own maintenance and monitoring. Your administrators receive operational guidance under your Sentink Enterprise or license agreement—not through this cloud status page.
