What counts as one response toward my quota?

Accepted Answer

Cloud plans meter completed submissions recorded at full completion (progress reaches 100%). Counts roll up for the billing account across workspaces tied to that subscription. Yearly quotas use the UTC calendar year shown alongside usage in billing.

Question 3

What happens when we hit our yearly response limit?

Accepted Answer

When the cap is reached, the product blocks additional completed submissions until the quota resets at the next UTC year boundary or you move to a higher limit—respondents see an in-product message rather than silently failing. Partial activity that never reaches completion is not counted as a finished response.

Question 4

How do cancellation and refunds work on Cloud?

Accepted Answer

You can change plan or cancel self-serve Cloud subscriptions from the in-app billing portal; service generally continues through the end of the period you already paid for unless checkout terms say otherwise. Refund eligibility follows the terms presented at purchase and applicable law—procurement-led or custom deals reference the SOW or order form.

Built-in AI drafting, translation, and analysis features consume allowances that vary by tier and fair-use guardrails—heavy simultaneous usage may queue or throttle to protect tenants. If you attach your own provider keys for optional integrations, meter counts may include both Sentink allowances and your vendor billing.

Can we bring our own LLM or keep AI entirely inside our perimeter?

Private and enterprise deployments can route AI workloads to models you operate or approve—including VPC or customer-managed setups—during implementation with your security team. Cloud tiers use Sentink-managed inference paths documented in security materials; BYO routing is scoped through enterprise agreements.
