Sentink Field is the Android app for field teams. Download your published surveys, answer them face to face with no signal, and sync every response to Sentink with one tap when you are back online. It runs the same survey engine as the web, so logic, screen-outs, MaxDiff and conjoint behave exactly as you designed them, in Arabic and English.

Open the app while you have a connection and download the surveys you need. From then on, interviewers can collect responses in villages, stores, events and homes with no signal at all. Every response is saved on the device the moment it is completed.

Sync every response with one tap
Completed responses wait in the outbox until you are back online. Tap Sync & submit to upload them all to Sentink. Each response shows its status (pending, uploading, submitted or failed), and failed uploads can be retried without losing any answers.

The same survey engine as the web
Sentink Field runs the same engine as app.sentink.com, so what you build is what interviewers see. Questions appear and disappear based on earlier answers, end-survey and screen-out rules apply, trap questions are checked, and answers are validated before moving on.

Built for Arabic and English fieldwork
The whole app works in Arabic and English, with a full right-to-left layout in Arabic. Surveys open in the respondent's language when a translation exists, and respondents can switch language at any point. The language used is saved with each response.

Secure access for your team
Interviewers sign in with their Sentink account or Google. They only see published surveys from the workspaces they belong to, and team members assigned to specific surveys only see those surveys. Sign-in details are kept in the phone's secure storage.

How do I install Sentink Field?
Open this page on your Android phone, tap Download APK, and open the downloaded file. If Android asks, allow your browser to install unknown apps. The app is distributed directly by Sentink, not through Google Play.
Which plans include the app?
Sentink Field is available on the Pro and Corporate plans, including all team members of those accounts. Users on other plans see a message asking their account owner to upgrade.
Do I need internet to collect responses?
Only to sign in, download surveys and sync. Answering surveys works completely offline, and responses stay on the device until you sync them.
Where do the responses go?
Synced responses go to the same survey on Sentink, next to responses from the web, so they appear in your results, dashboards, AI reports and exports.
Which Android versions are supported?
Android 7.0 or later. An iPhone version is not available yet.
Can a response be lost if the phone goes offline?
No. A response is saved on the device as soon as it is completed. If an upload fails, the response stays in the outbox and can be retried.
